Hi there did you manage to resolve this issue? I'm having the same problem and it's driving me nuts. I'm ready to dump the whole thing and reinstall if I can't resolve it soon. I'm getting an error about a lock timeout in the data which can be seen in the event.log file and coincides with trying to delete the device through the GUI
