It seems that the default remodel Zenoss does can change settings that I've previously set. For example, the initial remodel did not see either our HTTP or HTTPS servers on the machine. I manually added these as IP Services to monitor. Monitoring worked fine for a bit, but I noticed today those IP services are missing. Likewise, it keeps adding "httpd" as an OS process on a remodel, and IMMEDIATELY paging me with this. It also has /usr/bin/httpd in there, which it has a green status for.
How do I prevent my settings on which processes I want monitored and which IP services I want monitor from being changed by Zenoss? This is one of only a couple of issues preventing us from moving to Zenoss from Nagios. (We were supposed to go into production with Zenoss last Friday, but this one is a show stopper for us.) -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=38457#38457 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
