I ran into this issue a while back and was able to use the Zope interface to delete the device.
1. Navigate to the device page. 2. Add '/manage' to the end of the URL. Example: If the URL to the device is: http://zenoss:8080/zport/dmd/Devices/Server/Windows/devices/Voicemail Change the URL to: http://zenoss:8080/zport/dmd/Devices/Server/Windows/devices/Voicemail/manage 3. Click the Delete button on the Zope interface for the device. 4.
