This should be really simple but it is not working. My phone system performs diagnostics and switches active/standby systems every Sunday at 3:00 am. I do not want to record any alarms from 3:00 am to 3:10 am. I have set up a Maintenance Window on the device with the following settings:
Name: Routine Diagnostics Enabled: True Start: 7/19/2009, 03:00 Duration: 0 days, 0 hours, 10 minutes Repeat: Weekly Start Production State: Decommissioned Stop Production State: Original However, every Sunday, at 3:05 I get a trap message recorded in my Event Log from this device. Any help?
