First of all, you should post a separate post in regards to this. Announcements are not really the best place for asking for assistance with troubleshooting. First off, make sure that you are downloading the plugins for the right site. There is a second version of the plugins and they do not work when installed. Make sure that you get them from the official site for the plugins. I have LDAP support working perfectly fine in 2.4.4. I can also see both the LDAP and the AD plugins in the Zope management interface. I think you missed a step or something.
