Greetings... You can try changing the default color distribution in zenoss/Products/ZenModel/GraphPoint.py, you'll find the array of (default) colors around lines 70--75 (as of version 2.4.1, anyway).
You'll probably need to erase the GraphPoint.pyc compiled file, and maybe restart Zenoss, to have those changes take effect.
