Try clicking on search, then search logs. Here you can search by ticket action "closed" and username, etc.

Greetings, I have a Quick Question : When I close a ticket, the assigned owner is dropped and the closed ticket is displayed as no owner or -none- under the owner field. This therefore does not let me determine closed tickets per user under search option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
