However, the user guide will, most of the times, have a blank right margin or, even worse, will simply cut out the words. In short, I agree with Martin Lucina and believe that Martin Sustrik's answer does not really address the problem. Something completely different is whether someone will find the time and energy to tackle this (minor) problem...
