How did you install cython?  Because Cython should be able to find its own
headers, and cpython.pxd is one of the declaration files that ships with
Cython.  I have heard of some linux distros incorrectly shipping Cython
without its internal headers, so look inside Cython to ensure that there is
an 'Includes' directory in your Cython install.

Should be somewhere like '.../site-packages/Cython/Includes'
