Platform: x86_64, Windows 2007. I have a "server" that uses pub/sub sockets to groups of individual clients, and uses inproc sockets to message between a couple of internal threads. This error occurs intermittently and is very difficult to isolate, but it seems to happen when I have more than ~5 external clients connected, leave them connected, and then restart the server. I apologize for not being able to isolate it more, but it's not easy to reproduce. I figured I would mail the list to see if anyone has experience with this error and had any obvious suggestions.
