It's hard to diagnose it offline. My guess would be that clinet reconnects continously and connection gets rejected by the server. One diagnostic would be to check the network traffic (say via wireshark) and find out following: 1. Is connection being created? 2. Is it being dropped? 3. Does 1 & 2 happen in an infinite cycle? 4. Which party shuts down the connection, client or server?
