I'll do this over the next few days. Despite the requests to use a
single repository for all 0MQ branches and versions, I'm going to
stick to the documented release workflow. (Which is at
http://www.zeromq.org/docs:distributions). There are powerful reasons
to leave libzmq out of the release process that override, afaics, any
benefit from a 'single' repo (airquotes because 0MQ really is a huge
collection of repos already).
