Hi Johnny,

I am the "maintainer" of old clrzmq repo. There haven't been any patch
since August 2010, so I assume the repository is dead, not compatible
with modern versions of 0MQ and can be safely renamed to zeromq-old.

If there's anyone out there still using old clrzmq binding and feels
like renaming it to clrzmq-old would cause problems, please shout out now.

Thanks!
Martin
