The error logs you've attached before look quite strange.

There are no complaints about zmq.h not found, however, the symbol 
defined in it don't seem to be available.

I would check whether you haven't deleted the contents of zmq.h by 
accident, create an empty zmq.h somewhere on the path or similar.
