Hi all, Given that some of the original maintainers of 0MQ have forked the project (based on their opinion that they could not work within the agreed rules), it seems like a good time to formalize who actually has ownership of the various resources we depend on, and on what basis.
I've written down a policy here: http://www.zeromq.org/docs:owners In the meantime I've removed admin access from Martin Sustrik and Martin Lucina until they can state their willingness to work within the rules that apply to everyone else.
