Sorry about the double thread there. I was sure you were right about the firewall settings on my local machine. I checked the Firewall application (fedora 16) and I enabled a custom entry for port 5555 (tcp). Still not working. I wonder if I am doing something wrong while setting my firewall settings though. Still waiting to hear back from vpslink about their port policies :-(.
