As a rule of thumb, you should never use the super user to perform the ./configure && make steps of a compilation. Only make install, when you are installing to a privileged prefix (/usr, or /usr/local), should be run as a privileged user. -S. _______________________________________________ zeromq-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zeromq.org/mailman/listinfo/zeromq-dev
