The presence of errno.cpp in the project must be an artifact of the VS

ZeroMQ 3.x now includes a MSVC 2010 project file.
Not that it helps but I haven't seen this error myself with either
MSVC 2010 or 2012, have you installed SP1?
I use the Pro versions of both VS versions. With SP1 for VS2010. I don't
know what else might affect it. I was only intending to put in a flag
for people who might stumble into it the future, but if project files
that work out of the box are about to be committed, that's great.
I build the release packages with CMake as it doesn't have MSVC
version dependencies, however the 2.x branch needs some updating to
build out-of-the-box.
I'll give that a try on the next rainy day. Ta.
