I think this has been reported before and fixed upstream. Integration testing is still pending before pushing into the 0mq release tree.

You can try pulling the OpenPGM source separately and build with external libpgm.
I have tried with openPGM 5.2.121 and zmq 3.2.1-rc2 configured and compiled with the option --with-system-pgm
It works fine with this openPGM release.

I have not tested with ZMQ 3.2.2 but as far as I know, ZMQ 3.2.2 uses opemPGM 5.1.118. Therefore, I think the problem should be there with ZMQ 3.2.2
