Hi, I am working on a application using massive parallel workers. The application use the Parallel Pipeline pattern to dispatch work on multiple computer. It's work fine and i am happy to use ZMQ. http://zguide.zeromq.org/page:all#Divide-and-Conquer
The next generation of this application must run multiple version the worker. Each version of worker can't process work of other version, due incompatible version of library. So i read documentation about the PUB/SUB socket, the ventilator publish work, and worker subscribe only the work their can do. But, how to process job only once with this new solution ? I am dreaming about subscription on PUSH/PULL socket, is it possible ? Somebody has already work on similar issue ?
