We have a requirement to write a small windows client that uses a SUB/DLR socket to connect to a PUB/RTR running on a linux machine. We tried a lot of different ways (Java, .NET) but couldnt get the client to work on windows.. windows keeps complaining zmq.dl not found.
Any ideas are welcome..
