There was no committer team, so emails were not being sent out. GitHub is a little fussy about this. I've created the team and added you, Emmanuel, two other recent contributors, and myself. I've also merged the open PRs that merge cleanly (except my own last one).
You might want to read the C4.1 guidelines, http://rfc.zeromq.org/spec:22, if you didn't do so, and add anyone else you think made a decent patch.
