Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask the following but... I recently started migrating fszmq (the F# binding for ZeroMQ) over to the C4.1 process. However, I've got some questions:
1. Is creating a stable release fork a requirement? If so, at what points in a project's lifecycle should such a fork be created? 2. Does the exclusion of topic branches also include older versions of the project (which currently only exist as branches)? Cheers! Paul
