It would be nice if ZeroMQ could drop compatibility with C++ versions lower than 11:
1. Much better standard library that would allow to some of the platform-specific solutions (i.e. cross-thread synchronization) 2. Allow to prepare codebase for C++17 so network-dependent code could be eventually dropped as well 3. Encourage people to improve some, honestly saying, ugly written C++ parts Best Regards, Ilya Kulakov
