My environment is Windows.
I need to know how to build the MALAMUTE library/dll without
DRAFT_API being defined.
Same question applies to CZMQ, since MALAMUTE includes CZMQ as well.
Is it just a matter of hand editing platform.h and commenting
#define MLM_BUILD_DRAFT_API?
