I've recently released zre package on hackage and github http://hackage.haskell.org/package/zre https://github.com/vpsfreecz/haskell-zre It provides complete implementation of ZRE (version 2) and ZGossip protocols along with support tooling for constructing ZRE programs. Feel free to check it out, it should be compatible with existing ZRE implementations (tested against Zyre and Pyre).
