But in the Woolmer case, the tabloid view turned out to be correct, Woolmer was 
indeed murdered!

Looks like, but you never know. The investigations are anyway going to be 
suppressed till the World Cup is over, by when it might be too late (and too 
uninteresting) to even know the real cause of death.  

But have you checked the possible reasons why he could have been murdered? - 
because he was so very upright and such a threat to the high-powered crooks - 
he was going to expose ALL in his forthcoming book. Of course, what the police 
and the combined investigations of SA and India and the ICC could not do/tell 
about Cronje and match-fixing in general, he could and would. Sherlock Holmes 
meets Nasruddin Hodja meets Tenali Raman meets Feluda meets Birbal i say, what 
a man!

Nobody even suggests that he could have been match-fixing and betting himself, 
and got bumped off for messing up - a simple case of mafia style justice among 
its own. He was Brit, wasnt he?
