This story - baby girl dies from infection caused by severe eczema - is
more an indictment of the parent's stupidity than of homeopathy. When their
treatment didn't stop the eczema which only became worse they should have
admitted defeat and looked around for other treatments.- this could have
even been other homeopathic specialists with more experience.

Allopathy doesn't have a cure per se for eczema - it has various strengths
of hydrocortisone creams and the like which are effective in temporarily
stopping the itching but long term use makes the skin dry thin and
inelastic like parchment.

Then when INFECTION set in there was no alternative to antibiotics but still
they did nothing..
Eczema runs in my mother's side of the family. My mother had it. Now me, my
sister, her daughter all have it periodically usually on the ankles. It's
more of an *annoyance* than a disease, I didn't realise it could
actually KILL people.
