There are also US based outfits like United Prosperity started by an H4 guy, that guarantees deshi banks to give out small loans to entrepreneeurs in jharkhand. But as to police brutality and sarkari rape of adivasi girls, that will continue, for corruption, nepotism and anti SCST stuff is still deeply within the deshi psyche.
