Dear Members

Jai Bheem

According the present proposed and passed by one house of parliament , the
Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes Reservation Bill-2008 All IITs, IIMs,
NITs and some central universities are exempted from reservation.

Earlier institution of national importance such as IIT KGP, NSIT under Delhi
University and NITs were implemeted the reservation policy of GOI.

IIT KGP has advertised as :"Reservation : Without any compromise on
qualification, experience and competence, reservation as per Government of
India rules is available only at
entry level positions of Assistant Professor." [page 2/4 of third attachment]

Recenlty IIT Roorkee has also admitted in its faculty recruitment advertisement
that reservation will be as per GoI
norms (see attachement no.4 of this mail).

NSIT-Delhi has also given reservation to all the teaching posts including on
Professor [page 1 of second attachement]

These are the certain examples and proof that earlier there was reservation in
all institute of National importance. But after implementation of this Bill
2008, no reservation will be there in all top class institution.

Is this not a time of awakening?

With Metta,

Yours in Dhamma,
