Bihar and UP are not India. In Tamil Nadu assembly 233 of the 234 MLAs belong to the so-called OBCs. The Loksatta Party (which claims that it does not believe in caste politics) has announced that 50% of the tickets have been given to the so-called OBCs. In kerala, karnataka, and a few other states, the situation would perhaps be similar.
