A beautiful, fanciful idea. Mr Satinath must migrate to Switzerland or some other country where this type of scheme is being implemented. He should also be aware that the expression "Upper Caste" does not exist in the constitution of India nor does the term "OBC". One does not know about the BJP but Mr Choudhary's views are racist for sure.
