Soz pays tributes to Dalit leader Rising Kashmir News Jammu, April 14: State Congress chief Saifuddin Soz paid glowing tributes to B R Ambedkar on his 119th birth anniversary on Wednesday. Addressing a function, which was a part of 125th year of Congress foundation celebration at Jammu Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee headquarters at Jammu, Soz recalled Ambedkar’s contribution as chairman of the drafting committee of constitution of India He said the Indian constitution had stood the test of time. Referring to the view of former Russian President Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, Soz said he repented such a written constitution like India was not in practice in Russia, which could have prevented the chaos and anarchy that was being witnessed when he introduced reforms to democratize the system in his country. ------------------------------------ ---- INFORMATION OVERLOAD?
