Delhi HC notice to Mahanta, Indian Express >From Our Spl Correspondent NEW DELHI, Aug 1 – Delhi High Court today issued notices to Prafulla Kumar Mahanta, The Indian Express newspaper and its Guwahati-based Correspondent, Samudra Gupta Kashyap in response to a defamation suit filed by Chief Minister, Tarun Gogoi. The Court of Justice Hima Kohli of Delhi High Court gave the three, four weeks time to respond to the petition. A story that appeared in a section of the media, (not this newspaper) on July 2 invited the wrath of the Chief Minister, who moved Delhi High Court this afternoon.
