# zpool create tank /export/testfile
# zpool set keysource=passphrase,prompt tank
# zpool key -l tank

It happens with all kinds of keysources.
Instead of reopening 2003, I am filing a new one because the error messages are
different and it happens not only with passphrase but other keys.
