The libzfs_crypto functions that are the generic API versus the short forms for
the zfs(1M) and zpool(1M) commands could be easier to tell appart.
Adding "_cmd_" into the names should make this easier.
While looking at this I found that libzfs.h still contained a definition for an
old function named zfs_set_key() which no longer (if ever) exists.
