Yes. I have an AOC-USAS-L8i working in a regular PCI-E slot in my Tyan
2927 motherboard.
The AOC-SAT2-MV8 also works in a regular PCI slot (although it is PCI-X
card).
Please let the list know if you try the USASLP-L8i (the low profile
version of this card). The USAS-L8i only fits in 3u rackmount chassis.
