*Job Description*

IT Intellectuals is seeking several IVR support personnel to join a team of
support specialists.  IVR is becoming an extremely important component of
many large IT organizations.  IT Intellectuals is responsible for all
software related support and maintenance activities associated with a large
financial services organization.

*The support team is responsible to provide support for the following

•      IVR systems and associated software

•      Genesys Routing

•      Call Reporting

•      NICE call recording

* *

*Required Skills*

·         5 years working with IVR and related systems

·         You must possess one of the following skills in order to qualify
for this position:

o    3 to 5 years experience with Genesys Framework versions 7.2 and above,
Genesys Configuration Manager and Genesys routing version 7.2

o    2 years experience with NICE call recording

o    5 years experience of a competing IVR or call recording products

·         Strong knowledge of Unix; AIX preferred

·         3 years of Shell scripting

·         2 years experience with J2EE application development and

·         2 years experience with Web Services; WebLogic in particular is
extremely important

·         Knowledge of VXML voice enabled systems is important

·         Ability to troubleshoot software related problems associated with
a complex IVR installation

·         Ability to interface with an IVR application development team; in
this role you will facilitate the installation and support of custom IVR

·         Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills are
extremely important

·         Ability to work in a team environment to provide support; due to
the nature of this position some shift work is required

·         Excellent communications skills is essential**

*Desired Skills*

•      Experience working with Avaya Communication Manager  is an asset

•      Genesys certification is desirable
