Responsible for supporting Audio Conferencing, Remote Access (VPN and
Citrix), and Teleworkers in a 24x7x365 environment.

Level 2 support of global Remote Access solutions

Global Account Creation for Audio Conferencing, Remote Access solutions

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environmentUser training,
Database Maintenance, Crisis Management

Administration and support of audio conferencing service.

Administration and support of calling card application.

Maintenance of accurate records.

Liaison with user departments to ensure their requirements are met.

Liaison with other members of the Voice Team for problem resolution.

Liaise with supplier (Avaya) to log and monitor system failures.

Excellent communication skills - Required.

Home network wireless skills -Required.

Time is divided between troubleshooting on the phone (75%) and account
administration (25%).

A+ and Network+ certifications are highly desirable

Shift Work RequiredInitially for training (length depends on candidate but
is normally 6-8 weeks) - shift will be 10 am to 6 pm Mon - Fri.

Post training is Shift work - Wed to Fri 6 AM to 6 PM - alternating every 3
months to 6 PM to 6 AM.
