We are looking for professional Technical Recruiters and Account Managers to
take part in our aggressive growth plans.

**Job Requirements*
·         2-3 year minimum recruiting experience in a fast paced high tech

·         Bachelor's Degree (IT major preferred not required).

·         Experience in the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment.

·         Full Understanding of various IT job descriptions.

·         Ability to work with resume databases and screen candidates to
determine their appropriate job profile.

·         Ability to manage, coordinate and process candidates throughout
the job application process.

Desired Candidate Profile

·         Outstanding Communication skills with preference given to Client
Customer Service and telephone skills.

·         Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

·         Excellent negotiation skills.

·         Desire to be part of a professional teamwork oriented environment.

·         Posses critical thinking skills.

Job Duties

·         Short listing potential candidates resumes and communicate with
candidates via email and phone.

·         Present required skill sets to the interested candidate and
candidate's information to the Client.

·         Schedule, track progress and follow up on candidate interviews.

·         Review and apply Client feedback to future business.

·         Update candidate database.

·         Network to build relationships with clients and candidates.
