Active directory, group policy, file system, authentication, network
diagnostics, Microsoft clustering, Citrix Metaframe XP, Backup Exec, Veritas
Netbackup, VMWare, PKI, DNS, DHCP and WINS, Maintains smooth operation of
multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network
administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service
accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance,
installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Interacts
with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase
hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup
recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation
related to the use of computing resources.
The candidate will be a member of an Operations team providing support to
over 300 Windows servers. Operations are responsible for hardware, OS, and
related application support. This includes server builds, configuration,
maintenance, and backups. The Operations team consists of over a dozen
personnel responsible for providing 24X7 supports of the servers. The
candidate will be required to participate in a rotational on call schedule.
The Operations team is subject to an extensive change control process. This
process and production requirements often require a flexible work schedule.

The following qualifications.
- 5+ years developing Remedy applications
- 2 + years Implementing, and Customizing ITSM 6.0
- 1+ years Implementing and customizing ITSM 7.0
- Experience upgrading ITSM 6.0 to ITSM 7.0
- Experience loading legacy data into ITSM 7.0
- Experience developing Crystal Reports, SQL 2005 Reports.
- Proficient in requirement gathering.
