Location(State/city):Florida FL/ORLANDO Duration: 12+ months Req Details: Responsibilities & achievements include: Rebuilt, maintained & managed Business Objects 6.1b environment (including Universes, Reports, and Scheduling). Developed new Oracle Views and/or Snapshots (for greater Universe efficiency). Performance Tuning (SQL, PL/SQL) using Oracle Explain Plan, Toad, Oracle hints etc. Migrate One Source BO 6.1b to BO XI environment (includes complete rebuilding of all Universes & Reports). Tasks include: Test, document & implement various new BO XI environment changes. Implement a new BOXI Folder Structure & Security Model for each assigned Business Unit. Track project progress for each migrating Business Unit. Assist otherBusiness Units with resolving pre & post BO XI migration issues. Offer recommendations and/or advice to the BI team regarding any Business Objects environment issues and/or changes. Support & maintain the current global BO 6.1 Production environment.
