Position Name:          Sr. Siebel Developer
Position Duration:      3-6 Months
Position Start Date:    10/20/2008


Position Description:
At least 5 years experience with Siebel 7 configuration / development.
Expertise in Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment
Manager, Workflow
Manager, Smart Scripts, Server Administration, EIM, EAI, extending the
Siebel 7 Database. Siebel 8 experience a plus
Experience with CRM experience a plus.
Will be involved Involved in full life cycle development to enhance Siebel
CRM Application
(Financial Services vertical version 7.7.x), including detailed design,
configuration, documentation, testing, and deployments.  Siebel
Application has been in production for 8+ years.
Creates and executes technical design documentation and test plans.
Involved in mapping business requirements to vanilla Siebel functionality
and identifying functional gaps and options / strategies to resolve.
Experience with integration techniques to pass data in/out of Siebel. EAI,
VBC, MQ, HTTP,
Create and modify business objects, applets, views, and screens and adapt
business components, fields, joins, links, business component user
properties, drilldowns, visibility configuration using Siebel Tools.
Experience performance tuning application with high number of users and
large databases.
Experience working with Data Modelers and DBA to do data mapping to
accommodate data structure changes.
Knowledge of Siebel environments, hardware configuration, architecture and
security administration.
Experience with Oracle 10g DB a plus.
Works with little supervision on the analysis, design, coding and testing
of components of larger systems.
Reports progress to The Hartford's management on regular basis.
Looking for excellent team player with strong consulting, interpersonal,
writing and verbal communication skills.
Education – 4 year degree or more.
Location – Fort Washington PA
Travel - minimal
