This position will include direct exposure to the AT&T Core DSL Network. *Required Skills:* Team player. Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 shift environment. Must have high level knowledge of DSL. 1 year working experience with routing and switching equipment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Strong attention to detail and self motivation are required. Minimum of 2 years providing operations technical support within IP LAN/WAN network. Current CCNA. Desired Skills: 2+ years working experience with routing and switching equipment in an Internet environment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with technical documentation experience. NOC, NRC, or COE experience. Familiarity with SMARTS, NetCool, BRIXS, Cricket, and Adlex a plus. Experience with SONET, ATM, FR, and IP is a plus.
