Explanation of Need: Need top notch Senior Test Engineer with 10+ years relevant work experience (System and Integration testing, connectivity testing, functionality testing, user acceptance testing, security testing, load and performance testing, regression testing, disaster recovery testing) combined with a 4 year degree minimum education requirement. This person must have proven leadership and project management skills and must have worked multiple projects through the entire life cycle. This person should not only have the ability to lead, delegate work, communicate in a clear and understandable manner, and teach, but also to write and execute test cases from business requirements and design docs and be held accountable for meeting timelines and quality expectations on multiple projects.
