Must be EAD, GC or US citizen Description: Provides requirements gathering, system/data analysis, testing and deployment services for Hyperion Planning implementations. The Hyperion Analyst will analyze business problems and design solutions using Hyperion Planning. The candidate will be involved in all facets of the project from requirements gathering through deployment. They will serve as the key point of contact with the user community and will be responsible for ensuring the technical solutions meet business requirements. They will work closely with the Project Manager and Hyperion Architect to drive the implementation of the Hyperion Planning solution. They will also lead the testing effort by formulating test scenarios, executing test scripts, coodinating client test activities, and managing other analysts/testers Specific responsibilities include: • Serve as the lead business analyst, responsible for requirements gathering and analysis • Development of use cases • Review business problems and assist in the design of appropriate solutions utilizing Hyperion Planning • Document test plans • Execute testing to ensure all business requriements are met • Manage the testing effort, including management of resources Must Have Skills: • At least 3 years of Hyperion Planning implementation experience • At least 3 separate implementations of Hyperion Planning • 6+ years of IT / systems development experience • Experience facilitating requirements gathering and JAD sessions • Experience building and executing test cases • Excellent communication skills • Proven experience working with end users and management level staff • Ability to effectively communicate the business value of Hyperion solutions • Experience leading / managing resources Desired Skills: • Hyperion Planning System 9 installation/configuration experience • Hyperion Data Integration Manager (DIM) experience • Technical development experience with Hyperion products • Experience implementing budgeting solutions for the federal government • Recent, completed government background check • Experience working for a large integrator Thanks & Regards, Sandy Sr Technical Recruiter Global Computer Products Inc.
