AWR reports to identify system/DB bottleneck areas, wait event tuning, SQL tuning; Oracle 10g experience including migration/upgrade from lower Oracle versions, Oracle streams 2-way replication in 10g setup/configuration/maintenance support and administration, setup/configuration/maintenance of physical and logical standby databases using Data Guard replication, experience with setup/configuration/maintenance of DB backup solutions including Hot backup, RMAN, Shadow Image or BCV solutions; experience implementing and using OEM to monitor databases.
