SAP HR/Payroll Functional Analyst – 6+ month contract located in Plano, TX

Minimum two year college degree with four year college degree preferred or

Minimum of five years of progressively more complex experience specific to
payroll/HR enterprise data management with a particular emphasis on data
maintenance, data integrity, and reporting or equivalent

SAP Payroll / HR experience required

Skill in consulting with multiple constituencies to gain information needed
for SAP system

In-depth knowledge of SAP HRIS / Payroll system

Knowledge of position control and organization design

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate work efforts across
multiple resources

Ability to accurately enter complex information into SAP HR/payroll system

Ability to prioritize daily tasks, project work and other duties

Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills

The purpose of this job is to provide support to HR/Payroll team for all
HRIS data needs.  The incumbent in this job is accountable for accurate
organization data and reporting for the assigned organizational area.

*Description:     *

1          Support assigned HR customers by learning about organizational
changes in the business and determining data requirements in order to manage
organization structures (org units, positions, jobs, cost centers, AIP Plan
Code, etc.) in HR Systems.           30%

2          Inputs data directly into SAP for any and all data but especially
for more complex data entry like organization management data.  For mass
changes, creates load files, processes them using load tools and audits load
files against system in order to ensure data accuracy.            25%

3          Seeks out anomalies in data by proactively running audit reports
on a weekly basis, and correcting any errors in order improve data
integrity. 25%

4          Analyzes system capabilities and business processes during the
normal course of activity and makes recommendations for improvements in
order to support data integrity efforts.        10%

5          Provides MD team & requestor with report of before load state,
load request and after load audit in order to effectively communicate &
document changes made in the system.          10%
