Please find the request for onsite TSA (M2) for Sophis L2 Product support.


·        Minimum 5 years experience in application Product Tech support

·        Sound Trouble-shooting, Analysis/Diagnosis skills in supporting
large-scale,  enterprise wide global production systems

·        Familiarity with both Windows and Unix platforms

·        Knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g.
Perl, VB Script, Unix Shells)

·        Knowledge of XML parsing, DTD and schema

·        Solid knowledge of SQL and database, with experience and good
understanding of database concepts (Sybase, Oracle and/or MS SQL)

·        Should meet Org. defined Technical Leader requirements

·        Good Communication and Client Facing skills

·        Flexibility in working on shifts

·        Working with Onsite-Offshore service model

·        Ability to Lead/Build team at Offshore

·        Understanding of trade flows, with basic knowledge of back office
and finance operations a plus

·        Basic understanding of equity derivatives (Options Futures, Swaps)
is desirable


·        Experience in Financial / Capital Markets

·        Supporting Equity Trading systems with Sophis experience is a huge

·        Familiarity with similar systems, such as Calypso, Murex, will be a
