The team structure in the PMO is only to have a Project manager, a BA, and a Technical Specialist for each project - and delivery is outsourced to a company . This person needs to have excellent written and verbal communications. Must Haves: 1.) Previous experience as a high level technical consultant, Analyst, or manager of a full SDLC software development project (preferably J2EE) 2.) Ability to communicate with C-level executives and business groups to gather requirements and advise on potential technical solutions 3.) Strong understanding of change management/release management processes in a software development project 4.)
